In the studies of the history of Imamiyya theology, in the last half century, researches have been conducted on the centrality of some areas that have been the gathering place of the Shiite masses throughout history; But some geographical areas such as Lucknow have been neglected in India. Meanwhile, Lucknow is one of the important Shiite centers that in the 13th century, by cultivating prominent Shiite thinkers and researchers and leaving a great theological legacy, was able to transfer Shiite knowledge to the next generations and prepare the foundations for the scientific development of the subcontinent. The following article, with a descriptive-analytical approach, aims to introduce the Imami scholars of this period who came from the lineage of Seyyed Deldar Ali Naqvi and are famous for the family of Ijtihad, and to describe their scientific activities and theological writings to show that the prominent Imami scholars of this family with actions Such as the establishment of an official scientific institution, extensive research on theological issues and the compilation of great works in Shia argumentative theology, strong opposition to anti-Shia movements and actions, and the purification of Shia thought from false opinions, the development of the principles of jurisprudence and ijtihad, they were able to support the Shia religion after a period of hardship. give relative formality and be influential in promoting Shiism in this region.
