The article is to examine and find an answer for inconsistency between "Divine grace" and "Divine will" in the context of "grace" theory. According to this theory, conferring grace is imperative for God and this "necessity" seems to contradict Divine will. Considering Avicenna's metaphysical and theological principles, the author has reached the conclusions that; first, in Avicenna's thought grace theory is based on the basics and principles that are somehow consistent with the beginning and the end of Avicenna's philosophy. Second; therefore, grace theory is comprehensible only with respect to these basics and principles. Third, according to Avicenna's point of view regarding the principles of existents (beings), the structure of the universe, and the Essence and Attributes of the Exalted Creator, especially His creative foreknowledge and will, the necessity of grace is not only consistent with Divine will; but, it is resulted from His essence, knowledge, and necessary volition. Meaning, the universe is an integral part of the Necessary Being based on His necessary volition. Consequently, no contingent being other than the Supreme Being can impose a necessity on Him. The objections and difficulty in understanding Avicenna's theory of grace origin in overlooking Avicenna's principles, as well as comparing and identification of Divine Essence with human features.
