According to the new announcement of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, the rate of non-governmental institutions (such as Al-Mustafa International University) for each final article and subject to compliance with the article processing fee regulations is one million and five hundred thousand Tomans (15,000,000 Iranian Rial or IRR) and it gives a discount of five hundred thousand tomans to all users, and therefore, this publication receives only Ten million Iranian  Rial (10,000,000 Iranian Rial or IRR).
